Heavy Metals
WHAT WE TEST FOR
Cadmium, Lead, Arsenic, Mercury
TESTING DETAILS
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)

Microbiological Contaminants
WHAT WE TEST FOR
E.coli, Salmonella, Total Aerobic Bacteria, Bile-Tolerant Gram Negative Bacteria, Total Yeast and Mold, and Total Coliforms
TESTING DETAILS
End point PCR and microarray
Pathogenic bacteria, yeast, and mold are some of the most common sources of contamination on cannabis products. Our DNA-based methods ensure accurate results in less than 8 hours.

Mycotoxins
WHAT WE TEST FOR
Identifies and quantifies the most common mycotoxins including Aflatoxin B1, Aflatoxin B2, Aflatoxin G1, Aflatoxin G2, and Orchratoxin A.
TESTING DETAILS
Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS)
Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by naturally occurring fungi that can proliferate on cannabis in the field and/or during storage. Mycotoxins are extremely toxic to humans, particularly in circumstances involving long-term exposure. Aflatoxin exposure can result in severe abdominal pain, edema, hemorrhaging, liver damage, mental impairment, convulsions, coma, and even death.

Residual Solvents
WHAT WE TEST FOR
Primarily Acetone, Ethanol, Isopropanol, Isobutane, Propane, n-Butane, n-Heptane, n-Hexane
TESTING DETAILS
Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
Solvents are used in the manufacturing process to extract the active ingredients (cannabinoids and terpenes) from the plant material. If the solvent is not completely removed in the final product, residual solvents can cause chronic health conditions after long-term exposure.

Vitamin E Acetate
WHAT WE TEST FOR
Vitamin E Acetate
TESTING DETAILS
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
Vitamin E Acetate has been linked to severe lung injuries when added to vaping cartridges. Our test ensures your products are free from this toxic substance.

Cannabinoids
WHAT WE TEST FOR
We test for 16 cannabinoids: Δ9-THC, THCA-A, CBD, CBDA, CBN, CBNA, CBDV, CBDVA, CBGA, CBG, Δ8-THC, CBC, CBCA THCV, THCVA, CBL.
TESTING DETAILS
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
The cannabinoid profile of your sample informs about the potency and concentration of active cannabinoids. While THC is the most well-known cannabinoid, it’s only responsible for a fraction of cannabis’ medicinal benefits. It’s vital that the active ingredients in cannabis are clearly labeled. Plant profiling allows doctors to determine accurate dosage, ensures that providers can verify the quality of their products, and helps patients to select the right treatment for their symptoms.

Pesticides
WHAT WE TEST FOR
Bifenazate, Bifenthrin, Cyfluthrin, Etoxazole, Imazalil, Imidacloprid, Myclobutanil, Spiromesifen, Trifloxystrobin
TESTING DETAILS
Liquid Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry and Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS and GC-MS)
Even the smallest amount of pesticides in cannabis products can cause adverse health effects. Chronic oral or inhalation exposure can result in neurodegenerative disease, respiratory disease, birth defects, cancer, and reproductive problems.

Moisture Content
WHAT WE TEST FOR
Moisture content
TESTING DETAILS
Measured weight loss from oven drying
We use the latest moisture analyzing equipment and reliable methodologies to accurately and dependably assess the moisture content found. The amount of moisture present in flower products largely depends on how it is dried and cured as well as manage moisture during sample preparation process.

Terpenes
WHAT WE TEST FOR
We separate and quantify 23 terpenes commonly found in cannabis. We test for α-Bisabolol, Camphene, Δ3-Carene, Caryophyllene oxide, β-Caryophyllene, Eucalyptol, Geraniol, Guaiol, α-Humulene, p-cymene, Isopulegol, d-Limonene, Linalool, β-Myrcene, cis-Nerolidol, trans-Nerolidol, β-Ocimene, cis-Ocimene, α-Pinene, β-Pinene, α-Terpinene ,γ-Terpinene, and Terpinolene.
TESTING DETAILS
Gas Chromatography with Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
Terpenes have a major influence on the medicinal and psychological effects of a plant. Terpenes are similar to flavonoids; in that they play a role in producing the cannabis plant’s unique smell and taste. The combination of cannabinoids and terpenes, as well as other classes of compounds, creates an entourage effect that provides a more full-spectrum experience when compared to a single cannabinoid like THC or CBD.

Viroid Testing
WHAT WE TEST FOR
Hop latent viroid (HLVd)
Lettuce chlorosis virus (LCV)
Beet curly top virus (BCTV)
Cannabis cryptic virus (CanCV)
Tobacco streak virus (TSV)
Arabis mosaic virus (ArMV)
Alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV)
Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV)
Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV)
